Providing your Ashes or Inclusion

Once we receive your order we will send a kit to enable you to collect a small amount of your loved one's cremation ashes. Our kit includes a plastic container and spoon, both made from biodegradable material. We will require a teaspoon of ashes for each item ordered, and will of course return any unused ashes together with your Jewellery.

A return envelope is included for ease, however return postage will need to be paid as where possible, we advise sending memorial ashes using Royal Mail's Special Delivery service, to ensure their safe arrival.
